Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day when payment has been received or approved. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Orders requiring additional payment verification may ship on the next business day following payment approval.

U.S. Shipping

  • $5.50 USD flat-rate USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 5–8 business days

  • $8.50 USD flat-rate USPS Priority Mail — estimated 3–4 business days

  • $15.00 USD flat-rate FedEx 2Day — estimated 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Soundlumia's control may affect delivery.

International Shipping

  • $20.00 USD flat-rate Economy — estimated 6–18 business days

  • $45.00 USD flat-rate Express — estimated 3–4 business days via UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on destination eligibility

International delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Customs processing and other delays imposed by local authorities are outside Soundlumia's control and may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rate Exceptions

Our flat shipping rates apply to most orders. In the rare event that the actual cost of shipping substantially exceeds the applicable flat rate, we may contact you before shipment to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Soundlumia reserves the right to change the shipping method or carrier when necessary. If a change results in a lower shipping cost than the amount paid, the applicable difference will be refunded. If an appropriate shipping arrangement cannot be made, the order may be canceled and refunded.

International Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Unless collected at checkout, all applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, sales taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in Soundlumia's product prices or shipping rates.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside Soundlumia's control. Customs duties and other import charges may not be refundable if an order is returned; eligibility for reimbursement is determined by the destination country's regulations. Customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information.

Soundlumia accurately declares the contents and purchase value of international shipments and cannot accommodate requests to lower the declared value or otherwise falsify customs documentation to reduce duties, taxes, or import fees.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient declines to pay applicable duties, taxes, or other import charges, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, customs, brokerage, or other costs incurred by Soundlumia as a result.
