Shipping policy
Same-day Shipping:
Orders placed by 3pm ET on business days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) ship the same day if fully paid or payment is approved; otherwise, they ship the next business day.
US Shipping:
- $5.50 USD flat-rate USPS Ground Advantage (5–8 business days)
- $8.50 USD flat-rate USPS Priority (3–4 business days)
- $15.00 USD flat-rate FedEx 2nd Day (1–2 business days)
International Shipping:
- $20.00 flat-rate Economy (6–18 business days)
- $45.00 flat-rate UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on the eligibility of the destination. (3–4 business days)
Please note:
In the event that the actual shipping costs far exceed the estimated flat rate, we may reach out to customers to discuss an alternative shipping method. Soundlumia reserves the right to:
- Change the shipping method or carrier and refund the customer for any overpayment in shipping cost.
- Cancel the order if the customer does not agree to the revised shipping arrangement.
International Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
All applicable duties, VAT/GST/sales taxes, fees, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Customs duties are not always refundable in the event of a return—this depends on your country’s specific regulations. For any refund of duties, please contact your local customs office directly.
If you do not wish to pay import duties, please do NOT proceed with purchasing from us.
It is illegal to request that we lower the declared value of your shipment, and we do not accommodate such requests.
Soundlumia reserves the right to decline cancellation requests based on a refusal to pay import duties and may proceed with shipment in full compliance with customs requirements. Attempting to avoid duties through order manipulation may result in reporting to the appropriate platform(s) or legal authority for investigation.
