Messaging 

We serve SERIOUS AND HONEST buyers only. Please refer to eBay member-to-member messaging policy if you are not sure how to send a proper message to us. We will NOT respond to messages asking for “bottom lines”, “absolute lowest price”, “nice discounts” or low declared value.  ALL defaming, demeaning, abusive and scamming messages will be reported to eBay for investigation and the associated accounts will be blocked permanently.  

Payment 

Immediate payment upon invoice or offer acceptance is required. ALL non-payment buyers will be reported to eBay, will receive unpaid cancellation record on your account and will be blocked permanently. 

International Shipping 

We ship to the buyer’s registered address ONLY. Excluded countries are clearly displayed by eBay so please do NOT ask us to ship to alternative addresses if you are from one of the excluded countries. Declared value for international shipment must be accurate and correct on customer declaration forms. 

All applicable duties, VAT/GST/Sales taxes, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and please be aware YOU ARE responsible for these payments and NOT us. Customs duties are not always refundable or fully refundable when you return an item. This varies depending on your country’s individual regulations, and any refund for import duties, if applicable, will come from your country's customs office and NOT us.  For more information on your country’s import policy, please check with your local Customs office and NOT us. If you do not wish to pay import duties, please do NOT proceed with purchasing from us.  

It's unlawful to ask us to lower the declared value after purchasing, and it's unethical to request to cancel or return because you refuse to pay import duties.  We will report EVERY ONE of these buyers to eBay for investigation. Soundlumia reserves the rights to decline your cancellation request and resume shipment to your home country with full compliance of customs requirements. In cases where the request to lower duties was sent with intention for fraud or scam, we will involve eBay and US Law Enforcement, if necessary for immediate legal investigation, with or without prior notice to the buyer. 

Returns 

Test results on your tester will NOT be accepted as evidence of defective product. Making false claims of defective products and asking for a refund while holding onto our tubes is treated as fraud. Returning your own tubes or tubes purchased from other sellers is treated as fraud. Sending in partial return while asking for full refund is treated as fraud. Soundlumia reserves ALL rights to involve eBay and US Law Enforcement to investigate buyers that have committed fraud.  

Tube rollers (those who use our tubes during the return window and return them with false claims of quality issues) will be reported to eBay for dishonesty and abuse and will be blocked permanently.
