International Shipping

We ship to the buyer’s registered address ONLY. Excluded countries are clearly displayed by eBay so please do NOT ask us to ship to alternative addresses if you are from one of the excluded countries. Declared value for international shipment must be accurate and correct on customer declaration forms.

Returns

Test result on your tester will NOT be accepted as evidence of defective product. Making false claims of defective products and asking for a refund while holding onto our tubes is treated as fraud. Returning your own tubes or tubes purchased from other sellers is treated as fraud. Sending in partial return while asking for full refund is treated as fraud. Soundlumia reserves ALL rights to involve eBay and US Law Enforcement to investigate buyers that have committed fraud.

Tube rollers (those who use our tubes during the return window and return them with false claims of quality issues) will be reported to eBay for dishonesty and abuse and will be blocked permanently.
