Delivery and Shipping

Every order is carefully packed to protect vintage tubes in transit. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Soundlumia ships within the U.S. and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

For processing times, shipping options, and additional details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Tube Care & Handling

Vintage tubes should be handled with care. Always power equipment off and allow tubes to cool before installing or removing them. When possible, handle tubes by the base rather than pulling on the glass, and avoid bending or unnecessarily cleaning the pins.

Store unused tubes in a dry, protected location. Cosmetic variations, label wear, and other age-related characteristics are normal with authentic vintage stock and are documented in the product listing where relevant.

説明

Soundlumia
